Disappointed with service received. The product I ordered arrived with no problems. However I decided to return it. I emailed to ask about the process for returns and have had absolutely no response and feel like when it comes to getting a refund the customer is likely to find it difficult

Wrong item sent , have emailed company explaining this and had no reply from them. Poor service , but happy they have asked for a review

i bought Oil-Filled 2.5kW 11 fin radiator 24 hour timer after 1 year exactly and suddenly stopped to work i was not using it a lot only few weeks during the winter time and they have only 1 year warranty which not really enough because they know that it will not last longer than that is really shame. I advice everyone to not buy those product from them is not good quality at all just (:

Absolutely terrible service, product arrived a week late after me chasing around my local area to find it. Product arrived damaged and now need to somehow get a refund but after asking a refund twice and being ignored, not liking my chances!! Such a shame as used you guys before at the exact same address and never had any problems. Will certainly not be using you again or recommending you. Your customer service could have resolved this and shown better care and understanding but it was pushed back as my problem or fed ex. You are an online company so need to take responsibility for products getting to the right address.

I ordered a bell push for which I received confirmation and waited and waited and waited. After 6 days I decided to email the company - they did not supply a phone number so this was the only contact option. I then received 3 emails, one of which was a total refund back into my PayPal account. So it took them 6 days to inform me the item was out of stock which I think is very poor, hence the low score. They did offer their apologies but I did wonder if I had not emailed them, would they have ever informed me about what was going on. Not impressed!

Delivery was not next day like I had expected and payed for. Ordered switches on Wednesday late night got my items the following week Tuesday. Fed EX said I was not home for the next day delivery and I was home all day. When emailing the electrical guys customer services they refused to refund my delivery charge and kept saying that they were following what Fed EX had written which was clearly wrong.Very disappointed!

I have not recieved the items I payed for FedEx has delivered to a stranger not the address given .poor service

I've just had a look into your order with us, and unfortunately can't see any communication between you and our team? I can see you requested a return through eBay's self process system, this was then delivered back to us and refunded to your PayPal account as requested.

I ordered a heater to have for the cooler summer nights. This heater arrived this morning and was so badly damaged is was a shock when the box was on perfect condition. It had to have been smashed when placed in the box. I will not be using them again.

It was not the fault of the company, but after three failed delivery attempts by their chosen courier FedEx, I had no choice but to ask for a full refund. The suppliers you chose represent your company, in my experience this has not been a great one. Company fine, very helpful and understanding, it's just a real shame that this was my first order with them. I would like to place further orders, but I have no confidence that I will receive the goods!

Oil filled radiators are not fit for purpose. I ordered 4 expecting they would radiate heat to a good standard or at least heat a box room but unfortunately not. Now I’m expected to return substandard products at my own cost! Very poor!

ElecGuys sent less than half my order without saying anything then said they could not supply other items which were the main part of the order despite apparently having 404 of them in stock I suspect the item I wanted never existed but was just priced super low to get customers in to buy other things Way too much hassle and wrong attitude
